Ken Gribetz served as Rockland County’s District Attorney for twenty years during which time he personally prosecuted dozens of homicides and other serious crimes. He is a past President of the New York State District Attorney’s Association, previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in New York County, and was employed at the New York City Department of Investigation.

Mr. Gribetz has received an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the most trusted legal resource. It is the highest rating an attorney can receive in both legal ability and ethical standards.

Debbie Loewenberg started her career as an Assistant Attorney General where she represented the Department of Correctional Services in the federal district courts as well as in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. The bulk of her work was defending habeas petitions filed by state prisoners. She continued her involvement with appellate work when she joined the Rockland County District Attorney’s office as Chief of Appeals. In that capacity, she frequently appeared in the Second Department and the Court of Appeals where she argued appeals from motions as well as from judgments of convictions after trial. Since 1995, when she entered private practice, she continues to represent clients in both the state and federal appellate courts. In 2001, she argued Duncan v. Walker before the United States Supreme Court.

Kevin Dunlap began his career in the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office. During his nine year tenure, Kevin prosecuted hundreds of cases including assault, narcotics, and driving while intoxicated. During his time at the District Attorney’s Office Kevin rose to the level of Senior Assistant District Attorney and was assigned to the Special Victim’s Unit where he handled cases involving Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, and crimes against Children.

Kevin received his Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Wesley College in Dover Delaware, where he graduated with honors and was a four year member of the Men’s Varsity Soccer Team.  Kevin received his Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York.
